Do you believe in the abnormality of success? Isn’t it strange and somewhat disconcerting that success is often seen as a secondary goal, and that striving for it is not the ‘norm’? So many people seem to accept the limits that common beliefs or society trends put on us in terms of achieving our full potential and achieving things beyond what is necessary, which in turn causes them to not even seriously think about what kind of success they want to achieve.

Many people don’t value spending time on their personal development, on acquiring new skills, on tapping into their own mind, passions and personal power, on nurturing their health, on identifying their greater purpose, and even just on reviewing their goals and the significance of what they’re actually trying to achieve. I was speaking with a prospect last year for my online business opportunity who told me that he “didn’t need personal development”. Honestly, I was shocked. I didn’t think it was actually possible for a human being!

I think a lot of people want to be normal, and not stand out. They want to fit in the mold. That might well work for quiet achievers (or does it really?), but I truly believe that the moment that you want to be successful at your utmost potential, you need to acknowledge that you will be EXTRAORDINARY.

The more we really tap into our potential, our dreams and meaningful goals, the more we start defining success in terms that are not ‘the common standard’. Many people don’t even get as far as defining success for themselves, which makes me wonder how they can even have direction in their actions if they don’t clearly define their criteria for success.

Amazing things can happen after making that decision and that commitment to success! You find yourself using extraordinary measures like courage, leadership, personal growth, passion, and optimism… all kinds of things that seem abnormal to many other people!

Have you heard that ‘to be successful, you must associate with successful people’? Well, let me share what has happened to me since tapping into a global community of successful and inspired people. As a person who is committed to personal success, to achieve my greatest potential and my most meaningful ambitions, this community makes me feel normal! But if being positive, inspired, fulfilled, abundant, and driven means that we’re abnormal to the rest of them, well I guess that also makes us extraordinary and amazing, and we can harness that to inspire and empower others to make success normal again, and also make it a priority for generating happiness and abundance.
