They spend hours on Facebook and Twitter creating new relationships, post quality content regularly on their blog, upload weekly videos on YouTube, run live webinars, publish new e-books, apply SEO strategies, build new marketing funnels, email market to their growing lists… only to find out that the flow of leads is like a dripping tap.

So the statistics say that 97% of network marketers fail. Worse even, we encourage people to start in network marketing so that they can be part of the 3% that succeed. Wow, and we expect people to feel empowered by that? Does anyone else think those success rates in network marketing are appalling? Wouldn’t you rather say this to your potential partners: “You can be part of the 90% of people who succeed in network marketing”?

The bottom line is, to succeed as network marketers and online entrepreneurs, we need a marketing funnel and funded proposal, free and qualified leads, multiple streams of income and ongoing training and education.
